If you don't have far to go to the course, do this pre-round warmup at homeWe all know how important it is to get warmed up before a round of golf, and if you have a short commute to the course, you can do it at home. With the help of Mike Hansen, the owner of Hansen Fitness for Golf in Irvine, here is a great pre-round warmup routine that you can do if you have a 30-minute trip to the course or less. If you have to travel further than that, Mike says you’re better off warming up at the golf course. At home, though, you can use a foam roller and a resistance band to prepare your body for the round ahead. Check it out!
